Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over £35 (ex VAT). For orders under £35 excluding VAT, we charge £7.25 .
Please note: Furniture items can take between 2 and 7 working days for delivery.
Dispatch and Delivery
We deliver to all of mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. We do not deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.
We do not deliver to PO box addresses.
There’s an extra charge for delivering to some remote postcodes. We will tell you immediately if this applies to your order, and only go ahead with your approval.
We always need a signature for goods, so please make sure someone is in.
Help us find the right floor. Couriers are contracted to deliver to the address on the order, so please make sure you include your floor number.
Delivering furniture and safes is a heavy business. Because of this couriers are insured to deliver furniture to the ground floor only. We offer free delivery of safes to the ground floor provided there is no access problem, e.g. with steps, door size, etc. (There may be an extra charge if there are access issues, so when you buy a safe, we’ll ask you some basic questions about access).
Goods are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
