Drywipe Boards

A dry wipe board can also be known as a whiteboard, markerboard or dry erase board. It is a glossy surfacemost commonly coloured white where non permanent markings can be made. Dry wipe boards are commonly found in offices, warehouses, meeting rooms, school classrooms and other work environments. Special marker pens are used containing removable ink are used and are known as non permanent markers.
 

Whiteboards can also be magnetic and generally have a higher grade surface of whiteboard and are ideal for heavy use. Recommended for use in training and meeting rooms they have the added advantage of doubling up as a noticeboard, as magnets can be used to attach messages or charts. All boards come complete with pen tray and wall fixing kit. For optimum performance aqll magnetic whiteboards should be cleaned with a specialist board cleaning product. Starter kits can be bought which contain four drywipe markers- blue, black, red and green, a disposable drywipe eraser and a bottle of whiteboard cleaner.

Popular brands are 5 star, Nobo, pentel and papermate. A similar surface is used on flipchart easels which are used for conference and presentation. Although they can double as noticeboards, they also come in different styles.
Fabric- fabric noticeboards have the ability to hold messages with pins or hook and loop.
Foam- Use a black embossed high density foam surface which holds pins securely and gives a superior finish
Cork- traditional boards ideal for classic office environment and all come complete with wall fixing kit.
